Ashirwaad (Blessing)

Ashirwaad (Blessing) is a project designed to help the poorest of the poor children living in villages and urban slums studying in schools run by Government in their education and personality development. While the government provides lunch at the schools it is a great attraction for children to go to school. The pathetic situation is, most of them would have to starve after they reach home.

Therefore, Gospel Mission of India has undertaken “Ashirwaad” (Blessing) project that provides to help these underprivileged children in their academic pursuit followed by supper which will work like an incentive for the starving children to come and receive education and supper with the help of Care Takers. These centers provide not only food and tutoring but also teach them spiritual values from the Word of God and principles of prayer.

This project will prove to be a new hope and a viable platform of rehabilitation to the poor children.

We are praying for people of God who would partner us in this project to help support the poor and needy children who are in desperate need of nutritious food and education for better future.

There are many villages where thousands of children need this kind of encouragement and rehabilitation educationally, socially and physically. Our goal is to establish 100 centers in the most needed villages and slums.

It costs about 750 dollars per center with 50 children per month.
